International Orders
We are not able to alter invoices to show lower values for customs or tax purposes. 

However, if your bike is an older model, we can put "vintage" or "antique" on the outside of the package at your request. In some countries this may help with customs charges.

International payment: All sales whether by cash, check, money order, or credit cards, must be in US Funds. Funds sent by electronic transfer may be subject to fees if charged to us by banks or foreign exchange firms.

To insure the best possible service and rate we compare freight costs with all the major international carriers. If you have a preferred carrier please let us know.

US Mail: At your request we will ship international orders via the US mail service. However, there is no international insurance via US Mail and "Proof of delivery" is spotty at best, and unreliable. Loss or damage on postal shipments is the responsibility of the consignee.

All international packages are insured and have tracking numbers if shipped with carriers other than US mail.

Keep in mind that delivery charges depend on your address as well as the actual weight and dimensions and value of the final package. These characteristics cannot be determined until your order is packaged and prepared for shipping. For this reason, we can only to provide shipping cost estimates, not actual costs.

Depending on your location, international delivery addresses in remote areas (for example: addresses outside of major metropolitan areas or island locations) may be subject to the UPS Remote Area Delivery surcharge.

International shipping charges, even those for returns, regardless of fault or cause, are not refundable.

Warranties
Harper's Moto Guzzi assumes no responsibility nor extends any warranty either expressed or implied for any item sold that is not manufactured by us or under our license. All warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Harper Enterprises, Inc. agrees to repair or replace any of Harper's accessories found to be defective should we judge a part to be defective in materials or workmanship, if returned within 30 days of receipt. Items damaged, abused or installed incorrectly do not qualify for warranty. 

You must have a return authorization number. (See above-Returns)  Harper's reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where we judge it not to be a failure of the product. Do not attempt to repair items yourself or continue to use them, as this will constitute misuse of the product and will there by cancel all warranties and return privileges.

All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with Federal, State and local laws. Harper Enterprises, Inc., DBA Harper's Moto Guzzi shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other direct costs associated with goods sold by Harper's Moto Guzzi.
