Return
Policy
No returns on used parts or sale merchandise. No
returns on electrical. Before returning you must contact Harper's
Moto Guzzi for a Return Authorization Number. This number
must be visible on the outside of your return package. Without this number you may not receive your credit or
refund.
Returns must be in new, unused
condition to be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our
discretion. We will refund your return freight on items
shipped in error, only.
We will not accept returned items
that are: damaged; have been installed or used in any manner;
Special Order or purchased longer than 30 days previous to return
date.
Returned merchandise must be:
returned pre-paid; well packed; insured for your protection; with
a return authorization number on the outside of the package. Every
effort is made to insure correct orders being sent out. However,
should we ship to you in error, we will take care of it. If
not, you must pay shipping and all costs incurred in returning the
item. If it was not our error, there will be a 20% restock charge.
Warranties
Harper's Moto Guzzi assumes no responsibility nor
extends any warranty either expressed or implied for any item sold
that is not manufactured by us. All warranties are the sole
responsibility of the manufacturer.
Harper Enterprises, Inc. agrees to
repair or replace any of Harper's accessories at our discretion,
should we judge it to be defective in materials or workmanship, if
returned within 30 days of receipt. Items damaged or abused or
installed incorrectly do not qualify for warranty. You must
have return authorization number. (See above-Returns)
Harper's reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where we
judge it not to be a failure of the product. Do not attempt to
repair items yourself or continue to use them, as this will
constitute misuse of the product and there by cancel all
warranties and return privileges.
All parts are sold with the
assumption that the buyer shall use them in accordance with
Federal and State laws. Harper Enterprises, Inc., DBA Harper's
Moto Guzzi shall not be responsible for any consequential,
incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other
direct costs associated with goods sold by Harper's Moto Guzzi
